Class Types

LP REFORMER PLUS

Our Signature-class incorporates multiple pieces of apparatus to strengthen and lengthen the entire body. Just starting or experienced, this group class is perfect for you. You will creatively flow between each apparatus giving you a full-body workout.

LP DYNAMIC REFORMER

This high energy, low-impact class is perfect for the cardio junkie. Use the Pilates Jumpboard to facilitate plyometric movement against spring tension and experience an aerobic workout that won’t stress the joints. Sweat and pump up your heart rate in this fun, lower-body focused Pilates party!

LP REFORMER CIRCUIT

Live Pilates is the perfect mix of contemporary Pilates and functional interval training, targeting muscular strength and endurance through the use of the Reformer, EXO, Springboard, TRX and Bosu. Enjoy longer, maximised results.

LP REFORMER SUSPEND

A Reformer-based, upper-body focused workout that combines your Pilates work with the incredibly effective suspension training system. Integrating functional training movement into your Pilates workout is guaranteed to increase strength, balance, stability and control in ways that will enhance your everyday life.

LP REFORMER STRETCH

Re-centre and balance your body with apparatus-assisted deep stretching that will leave you feeling long, loose and ready to take on whatever the day brings. A regular stretching routine will increase blood flow to your muscles, helping reduce soreness and muscle fatigue, improve performance and decrease the risk of injury.

LP REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS

Reformer Fundamentals is a beginner class focusing on the foundations of Pilates. This class is perfect for anyone new to Pilates, recovering from an injury or wanting to move at a slightly slower pace than our other classes. You will complete a full body workout focusing on core strength to improve posture, increase strength and flexibility and improve mobility.
